Paul is an experienced senior retail professional with a broad business background gathered over 25 years. He has worked in a number of senior management roles for some of Europe’s most successful retailers including Top Shop and New Look and he was merchandising director for seven years for a large variety non food retailer. He has used coaching and mentoring to successfully develop and motivate individuals and teams in retail.
As well offering an Executive Coaching Service, Paul runs his own successful retail management consultancy with clients both in the UK and mainland Europe. He is therefore necessarily aware of the many challenges and developments in the sector.
